  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ½ cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the halved pears cut-side up on the baking sheet and brush each with melted butter.
  3. Bake the pears for 15-20 minutes until tender but firm.
  4. Once out of the oven, sprinkle berries evenly over each pear half and crumble blue cheese on top.
  5. Finish by adding walnuts and drizzling honey over everything.
  6. Garnish with thyme if desired and serve warm or at room temperature.
